Key ResponsibilitiesManage the complete lifecycle of GTM dashboards, from development to iteration, adoption, and continuous support. Create and sustain dashboards that assist Sales representatives in identifying strategies to generate pipeline within their accounts. Revise product and account-level dashboards to reveal high-impact insights, including expansion opportunities and product adoption gaps. Convert product usage and account data into clear, actionable insights for prospecting and account planning. Develop complex SQL queries across Salesforce, Snowflake, and other GTM data sources, merging and transforming data into reliable datasets that power dashboards and inform Sales strategies. Serve as the primary contact for Sales analytics, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and refining dashboards based on user feedback. Collaborate directly with Sales representatives and leaders to grasp workflows and ensure dashboards are aligned with field operations. Continuously enhance dashboards for increased intuitiveness, actionability, and integration into the Sales process. Guarantee consistency and accuracy of key metrics in collaboration with RevOps and Finance.

We are seeking a skilled Analytics Manager, Go-To-Market (GTM) to take charge of enhancing the analytics framework for our Sales team in a product-led growth (PLG) context.

In this role, you will design and manage dashboards that empower Sales representatives to pinpoint opportunities for pipeline generation within their accounts, whether through expansion, upselling, or converting self-service usage into sales-driven opportunities. These dashboards are designed as actionable tools, not just for reporting.

This hands-on position is ideal for an individual proficient in SQL and dashboard development, committed to ensuring that the data is not only precise but also readily applicable by the sales team to enhance pipeline growth.
