Over 7 years of experience in pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering. Proficiency in the ServiceNow platform or technical expertise in cloud software solutions. A collaborative approach to working with product management, product marketing, partners, and professional services. Strong territory management skills, including pipeline development and collaboration with Sales counterparts for execution excellence. Willingness to travel as needed.

Join our dynamic Solution Consulting team at ServiceNow, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our success by supporting App Engine Solution Sales. Collaborate closely with Sales, Product Management, and the executive team to drive revenue for one of our leading products. As a hands-on technical consultant, you will excel in solution delivery and positioning throughout the sales cycle.

Your Role:

As a Solution Consultant, you will leverage your technical expertise to develop, position, and deliver product-specific solutions during sales cycles while achieving assigned quarterly and annual sales goals.

  • Act as a technical and domain expert for the client-facing sales team, supporting product sales.
  • Conduct discovery workshops to identify customer challenges and present tailored product demonstrations that align our solutions with their needs.
  • Address product feature and technical inquiries from customers, channel partners, and ServiceNow colleagues.
  • Provide valuable feedback to product management regarding enhancements that can address customer needs and add value.
  • Share best practices and reusable assets with fellow Solution Consultants to improve team effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Stay informed on competitive analysis and market differentiation strategies.
  • Participate in marketing events, including executive briefings, conferences, user groups, and trade shows.
