Key Responsibilities:Oversee both on-page and off-page App Store Optimization, gaining in-depth knowledge of optimization techniques and trends. Collaborate with the Performance Marketing team to enhance user journey conversion rates. Support user acquisition initiatives through the production and testing of CPPs/CSLs. Engage with Game Directors to understand ongoing and upcoming game features, sharing insights into ASO performance. Design, implement, and evaluate ASO experiments, including planning, goal setting, and determining what and when to test. Monitor App Store performance metrics such as visibility, rankings, platform features, and reported installs and their quality. Guide the organization on the causes and effects of app rankings, becoming the go-to expert for reporting on app promotions (platform, UA, social) while demonstrating a strong understanding of the marketplace and store developments. Maintain effective documentation for ASO processes and findings.

Role Overview: ASO Manager

Hutch is seeking a talented ASO Manager to spearhead our App Store Optimization strategy across our diverse game portfolio. This role is critical to our ongoing success.

Reporting to the Performance Marketing Director and collaborating with Artists, Analysts, and marketing and game teams, you will develop strategies to enhance app store visibility and boost user acquisition conversion rates. Your work will include A/B testing, research, and analysis to elevate our App Store presence, rankings, and installations.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of analytical and creative skills, be an effective communicator and collaborator, and provide clear guidance to our Artists while working closely with various disciplines to drive the success of our games.
