What You'll DoLead customer projects from conception to execution, acting as the primary technical point of contact throughout the process. Design innovative mechanical solutions, including grippers, end-of-arm tooling, fixtures, and work cells, while rapidly prototyping and validating concepts before field deployment. Enhance AI model performance post-training, deploying on robotic hardware and collaborating with robot pilots and data operations teams to build robust operational policies. Become a subject matter expert on our products, developing a deep understanding of the full stack and internal workflows to expedite customer onboarding and influence product roadmaps. Commit to continuous improvement by identifying failure patterns, establishing reusable design standards, and contributing to comprehensive documentation.

Additionally, you will develop efficient strategies for robot learning and data collection, operating at the confluence of robotics, artificial intelligence, hardware, and deployment operations.
