Your Role
We are looking for a motivated, innovative, and results-oriented individual to join our dynamic team as an Application Engineer. In this role, you will deliver in-house custom solutions to address technical issues raised by customers and sales teams. You will manage projects and resources to test, evaluate, diagnose, and troubleshoot challenges related to adhesives and equipment, while also providing specifications, technical feedback, and in-field guidance on operation and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance application recommendations and conduct root cause analyses by providing expert and timely support to Territory Managers, sales partners, and customers through on-site visits, presentations, calls, or video sessions, while refining existing processes.
- Complete technical projects within established timelines by defining objectives, developing test matrices, collecting and analyzing data, and presenting results in a clear and concise format.
- Evaluate the feasibility of customer project requests by assessing efficiencies, costs, and resource requirements, and propose alternative strategies as needed.
- Effectively communicate technical information by reviewing specifications and drawings, interpreting data, and making clear recommendations to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Boost sales through application engineering by collaborating with Territory Sales Managers and sales partners to adapt or develop products that align with customer needs.
- Enhance product knowledge through in-facility training by preparing and conducting technical training sessions for Territory Sales Managers, sales partners, internal stakeholders, and customers.
- Provide exemplary technical and customer service by maintaining a robust understanding of our products and their applications.
