What You Will Do:Lead & Inspire: Manage, mentor, and motivate a high-performing Application Support team, responsible for career planning, performance feedback, and cultivating a culture of ownership and technical excellence. Execute with Speed: Oversee daily support operations, define and maintain support SLAs, ensuring rapid resolution of complex incidents and service requests. Tackle Complexity: Serve as the primary escalation point for challenging technical issues, utilizing your hands-on experience with application logs and API integrations to assist your team in diagnosing system-level failures. Bridge the Gap: Act as the strategic liaison between Customer Service and Engineering, translating customer pain points into actionable technical requirements and ensuring bug reports reach the appropriate product teams for permanent resolution. Drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Lead efforts to identify recurring problems, partnering with Principal Engineers to prioritize permanent solutions that eliminate technical debt and minimize downtime.
