In this pivotal role, you will provide essential support for various company software applications, ensuring users have seamless access while maintaining compliance with security protocols. Your technical skills, organizational abilities, and excellent communication will be key in managing user requests, troubleshooting issues, and facilitating application configuration.

Responsibilities:

  • User Account Management:
    • Administer user accounts across applications, including creating, modifying, and deactivating accounts based on employee changes and departmental needs.
    • Control user access levels and permissions to uphold security compliance.
    • Assist with password resets and account unlocks.
  • Application Configuration:
    • Execute basic configuration tasks, such as adding fields, adjusting settings, and updating data mappings.
    • Support application upgrades and patches under the direction of the Applications Administrator.
  • Troubleshooting Support:
    • Address user inquiries related to applications and resolve common issues.
    • Escalate complex technical problems as necessary.
  • Data Management:
    • Import and export data within applications as required.
    • Ensure data integrity through cleansing and validation checks.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
    • Generate reports on application usage and user activity to identify potential issues or improvement areas.
    • Assist in gathering data for application performance evaluation.
  • Documentation and Training:
    • Create and maintain user guides and documentation for application functionalities.
    • Deliver training for new employees on application usage.
