Responsibilities:Applied AI & Model Development:Train, fine-tune, evaluate, and enhance NLP, speech-to-text, and LLM-based models utilized in production settings. Engage hands-on with chatbots, summarization, and language comprehension features, including retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and vector-based retrieval systems. Design and execute model evaluations, benchmarking existing methods and validating improvements prior to deployment. Applied Research & Experimentation:Review, assess, and experiment with relevant AI/ML research and emerging techniques, converting promising concepts into practical, production-ready solutions. Contribute to prompt design, model optimization, and iterative experimentation to enhance accuracy, latency, and reliability of deployed models. Production Integration & Delivery:Integrate models into existing backend services using Python-based APIs, collaborating closely with backend engineers. Ensure models are production-ready, maintainable, and resilient when deployed in live customer-facing scenarios.
