Your Role: We are seeking a talented Software Engineer to architect and develop the intelligent systems that will drive FLORA. As a crucial member of our founding team, you will collaborate closely with our founders to redefine how creative professionals engage with AI in this generative age. This is a role grounded in first principles: you will design, implement, and scale the core workflows that empower creatives to orchestrate text, image, and video models seamlessly across FLORA’s infinite canvas.
Key Responsibilities: In your role as an Applied AI Engineer, you will craft the intelligence layer of FLORA, systems that enhance multi-modal creative workflows to be powerful, reliable, and user-friendly. You will tackle challenges at the intersection of AI, orchestration, and interaction design, integrating text, image, and video models into cohesive workflows that creatives can trust and enjoy using. Collaboration will be essential as you work across product, infrastructure, and design to develop features that allow creatives to articulate their visions while retaining control.
