As an apprentice in the Human Resources department, reporting to the HR Director, you will contribute to various transversal projects and provide operational support to the HR team. Your role will be diverse and educational, covering all aspects of HR.

Specifically, your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in the tracking and updating of HR processes, guides, internal documents, and onboarding materials;
  • Contributing to HR compliance efforts (updating company agreements, harmonizing subsidiaries, social monitoring);
  • Engaging in internal communications: writing content, notes, PPT materials, HR newsletters;
  • Supporting the preparation and follow-up of staff meetings and other HR-related initiatives.
