Expectations/Requirements:1. Achieve assigned collection targets while managing case flow and focusing on non-starters.2. Document feedback thoroughly.3. Ensure sufficient field presence based on buckets and segments.4. Optimize productivity parameters for Collection Officers, both agency-based and in-house.5. Monitor performance against established metrics and conduct weekly reviews with Collection Executives.6. Conduct background checks on all hired collection agencies, identify training needs for Collection Executives, and evaluate their performance.7. Provide support to Collection Officers regarding legal and police-related issues involved in collection activities.
