Requirements:Minimum educational qualification: Bachelor's Degree. Proven experience leading at least two branches. Experience managing teams of 5-10 members. At least two years of experience in Microfinance in roles such as Coordinator, Supervisor, Branch Head, or Area Manager. Ability to formulate sales and marketing strategies for team collaboration to achieve targets. Must possess a motorcycle and valid SIM C driver's license. Willingness to travel throughout the Serang area. Required Skills:High discipline (integrity, honesty, and transparency). Strong communication and collaboration skills with team members. A keen willingness to learn, particularly in analyzing information and data. Adaptability to change and a target-oriented mindset. Able to cultivate a coaching culture to enhance team performance.

About the job

As the Area Manager, you will oversee the comprehensive management and monitoring of branch offices within your designated area. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring that all branch KPIs within the area are met effectively, which includes:
  • Guaranteeing the quality and quantity of the portfolio develops in alignment with Amartha's goals and objectives.
  • Overseeing the recruitment, service, and support processes for partners in accordance with the established SOP.
  • Implementing strategies for the management and operations of all branches within the area.
  • Maintaining orderly and complete administrative processes at the branch offices.
  • Ensuring the smooth operation of branch offices by meeting licensing, infrastructure, and inventory requirements.
  • Ensuring adherence to policies and procedures by all branch staff.
  • Facilitating optimal staff performance through training, performance monitoring, and conflict management.
  • Overseeing the operational efficiency of regional branches through effective HR management.
  • Ensuring the successful execution of Amartha's expansion plans.
  • Maintaining portfolio quality in line with Amartha’s objectives and ensuring branch audit outcomes meet management's expectations.
  • Upholding transparency principles within branches.
