Requirements:Minimum educational qualification: Diploma. Proven experience leading at least 2 branches. Experience managing teams of 5-10 members or more. A minimum of 2 years of experience in Micro Finance as a Coordinator, Supervisor, Branch Head, or Area Manager. Ability to develop sales and marketing strategies as a team to meet targets. Possession of a motorcycle and a valid SIM C license. Willingness to be placed throughout the West Java region.

  • Guaranteeing smooth operational processes, including compliance with licensing, infrastructure, and inventory management.
  • Enforcing adherence to policies and procedures by all branch staff.
  • Providing training and performance monitoring to ensure staff deliver their best work and effectively manage conflicts.
  • Managing human resources to ensure operational efficiency across regional branches.
  • Driving the expansion initiatives set by Amartha effectively.
  • Ensuring that portfolio quality aligns with Amartha's objectives and that branch audits meet management expectations.
  • Promoting transparency and openness within the branches.
