Requirements:Minimum educational qualification: Bachelor's Degree. Proven track record of leading at least 2 Branches. Experience managing teams of 5-10 members. A minimum of 2 years' experience in Micro Finance as a Coordinator/Supervisor/Branch Head/Area Manager. Ability to develop strategic sales and marketing initiatives to meet targets. Possession of a motorcycle and a valid SIM C. Willingness to travel throughout the Kuningan area. Key Competencies:High level of discipline (integrity, honesty, and transparency). Strong communication and collaboration skills. Adept at learning and analyzing information and data. Adaptable to change and target-oriented. Capability to foster a coaching culture to enhance team performance.

About the job

As an Area Manager at Amartha, you will hold a pivotal role in overseeing the comprehensive management and monitoring of our Point/Branch Offices within the Kuningan area. Your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Ensuring that all Branch KPIs within your area are met efficiently, including:
  • Guaranteeing the quality and growth of the portfolio aligns with the objectives set by Amartha.
  • Overseeing recruitment processes, partner services, and mentoring in accordance with established SOPs.
  • Implementing effective strategies, management processes, and operations across all branches in your supervision.
  • Ensuring all administrative tasks at branch offices are completed accurately and orderly.
  • Facilitating smooth operational functions of branch offices by ensuring necessary permits, infrastructure, and inventory are in place.
  • Enforcing compliance with policies and procedures among all staff members at branch offices.
  • Supporting staff to achieve peak performance through training, performance monitoring, and conflict resolution.
  • Ensuring operational effectiveness at regional branches through strategic human resource management.
  • Driving the expansion plans laid out by Amartha successfully.
  • Maintaining portfolio quality in line with Amartha’s objectives and ensuring branch audits meet management expectations.
  • Upholding principles of transparency within the branches.
