Requirements:Minimum education: Bachelor's degree. Proven leadership experience overseeing at least 2 branches. Experience managing teams of 5-10 members or more. At least 2 years of experience in Microfinance as a Coordinator/Supervisor/Branch Head/Area Manager. Ability to formulate sales and marketing strategies to achieve targets. Must possess a motorcycle and a valid SIM C license. Willingness to travel throughout the Sumedang area. Skills Required:High discipline (integrity, honesty, and transparency). Strong communication and collaboration skills with the team. Eager to learn, especially in analyzing information and data. Adaptable to change and target-oriented. Able to foster a coaching culture to enhance team performance.

About the job

As an Area Manager at Amartha, you will be responsible for the overall management and monitoring of our branch offices within the Sumedang area. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring all branch KPIs within the area are met effectively, including:
  • Overseeing the quality and quantity of the portfolio to align with Amartha's goals and objectives.
  • Ensuring recruitment processes, partner services, and support are conducted according to established SOPs.
  • Implementing strategies, management, and operational processes across all branches within your area.
  • Maintaining orderly and complete branch office administration.
  • Ensuring smooth operational functions of branch offices by meeting licensing, infrastructure, and inventory requirements.
  • Enforcing strict adherence to policies and procedures among all branch staff.
  • Ensuring that all staff are performing at their best through training, performance monitoring, and conflict management.
  • Facilitating branch operations in the region through effective human resource management.
  • Supporting Amartha's expansion initiatives.
  • Maintaining portfolio quality according to Amartha's standards and management's audit expectations.
  • Promoting transparency principles within the branch.
