Requirements:Minimum Bachelor's degree. Proven leadership experience managing at least 2 branches. Experience in leading teams of 5-10 members or more. At least 2 years of experience in Micro Finance as a Coordinator/Supervisor/Branch Head/Area Manager. Ability to develop sales and marketing strategies to achieve targets as a team. Possession of a motorcycle and a valid SIM C license. Willingness to travel throughout the Wonogiri area. Skills Needed:High discipline (integrity, honesty & transparency). Strong communication and team collaboration skills. A strong eagerness to learn, particularly in analyzing information and data. Adaptability to change and target-oriented mindset. Able to nurture a coaching culture to enhance team performance.

About the job

As the Area Manager at Amartha, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing our Point Office/Branch operations in the Wonogiri area. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring all Branch KPIs within the Area are achieved effectively, including:
  • Maintaining the quality and quantity of the portfolio to meet the goals and objectives set by Amartha.
  • Ensuring the recruitment, service, and support processes for partners comply with standard operating procedures (SOP).
  • Overseeing strategic management, processes, and operations across all branches within your area.
  • Ensuring that all branch office administration is complete and orderly.
  • Facilitating smooth branch operations by ensuring compliance with licensing, infrastructure, and inventory requirements.
  • Enforcing strict adherence to policies and procedures by all staff within the branch offices.
  • Ensuring all staff perform at their best through training, performance monitoring, and conflict management.
  • Facilitating branch operations in the region through effective human resource management.
  • Driving the expansion plans outlined by Amartha effectively.
  • Ensuring portfolio quality aligns with Amartha's objectives and that branch audit values meet management expectations.
  • Promoting transparency and openness within the branch.
