Role overview

The Area Manager is a full-time, exempt position based in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Reporting to the Regional Vice President or President, this role manages operations within a territory spanning approximately 150 to 300 air miles. Annual revenues for the assigned region typically range from $25 million to $100 million.

Key responsibilities include overseeing safety, quality, and profitability for the area, expanding services into new markets and communities, and leading cross-selling efforts with both current and prospective clients. The Area Manager also supports Functional Services Groups to ensure compliance with company standards and coordinates the flow of reports and data to regional leaders and Loenbro’s Senior Leadership Team.
