To excel in this role, you should possess strong leadership skills to manage a team of Sales Directors in achieving both individual and collective quotas. You will need to effectively oversee all phases of the sales cycle, from quoting and negotiating to finalizing complex transactions through the establishment of executive-level relationships with key prospects. Daily and weekly activity management, pipeline oversight, forecasting, and deal closure will be vital to ensuring above-quota performance. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing the Southeast US market and nurturing relationships with existing and potential partners. Regular coordination of one-on-one and team-wide pipeline reviews, meetings, mentoring, and training sessions will be essential for continuous improvement and sharing of best practices. It is also crucial to attract, hire, coach, onboard, and retain top-tier sales talent, acting as a change agent within Cato Networks and helping to redefine models and processes that drive business growth.

You will personally secure numerous high-value new customer acquisitions and lead a dynamic team of Sales Directors focused on achieving new business quotas within their designated territories. As part of our ambitious global sales organization, you will collaborate closely with colleagues and play an active role in propelling our business to new heights.

This position allows you to work remotely from your home office while reporting directly to the AVP Sales, West.
