The Area Vice-President for Australia and New Zealand leads UiPath’s regional sales operations. This position manages teams across multiple management levels, with responsibilities that extend to pan-EMEA and global coordination. The role involves close collaboration with some of the world’s largest companies, working directly with C-level executives and business leaders to support their success through automation solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Assess market potential and develop strategic sales plans to maximize revenue growth in Australia and New Zealand.
- Achieve and surpass quarterly sales targets and objectives.
- Represent the UiPath brand by presenting and selling solutions with a focus on value for the customer.
- Educate clients on the financial and professional benefits of UiPath’s automation offerings.
- Establish and nurture strong business relationships throughout the territory.
- Build trusted partnerships with local collaborators and global systems integrators to create new opportunities and support successful client implementations.
- Work with the Customer Success Management team to ensure high customer satisfaction and resolve issues quickly.
- Stay informed about competitors, new products, and market trends to better understand and anticipate customer needs.
- Share insights with management regarding customer challenges, interests, the competitive landscape, and opportunities for new offerings.
