Skills & Qualifications:Proven experience in administrative, business support, or commercial coordination roles, particularly within licensing, retail, or media. Outstanding organizational skills with a strong ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines. Proficient in PowerPoint/Keynote, Excel, and Word; experience with SAP is an asset. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Fluency in English; proficiency in additional EMEA languages is advantageous. Exceptional stakeholder management and collaboration abilities. Join our dynamic and rapidly expanding team as an Assistant Commercial Manager in Agent Markets at NBCUniversal, based in London. Reporting directly to the Director of Agent Markets, you will be instrumental in driving sustained commercial growth in both direct and agent-led operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with global and regional partners to seize growth opportunities and effectively implement commercial strategies.
  • Lead the management of localized budgets and agent relationships in designated markets.
  • Enhance team operations by streamlining processes for greater efficiency.

Commercial & Market Support:

  • Achieve commercial and strategic goals set by the Director, Agent Markets.
  • Oversee agent relationships, daily operations, and budget compliance for specific markets.
  • Drive growth in direct business by optimizing key partnerships globally and regionally.
  • Support initiatives for priority franchises and significant retail accounts within larger agent markets.
  • Ensure effective communication with external agents and internal teams to foster category, franchise, and retail growth.
  • Assist agents in processing purchase orders and managing marketing approvals across designated accounts.
  • Coordinate quarterly forecasting by validating and consolidating agent submissions for accuracy.
  • Monitor incoming deal memos across agent markets and follow through to contract execution.
  • Assist with additional projects and priorities as directed by the Director, Agent Markets and the RMD EMEA.

Operational Efficiency:

  • Manage the Agents SharePoint site as the central hub for team communication.
  • Analyze market performance, sales trends, and retailer activity to facilitate strategic decision-making.
  • Encourage regular sharing of best practices among internal and external stakeholders.
  • Organize meetings, documentation, and operational reports to enhance efficiency.
  • Update licensee documentation and CRM records to maintain a comprehensive agents database.
  • Coordinate logistics for major industry events, including international agent summits and exhibitions.
