Assistant Food & Beverage Manager

Location: Kos

Employment Type: Seasonal/Full-time

Purpose

As the F&B Assistant Manager, you will support the F&B Manager in ensuring the seamless operation of the department, maintaining high service standards, monitoring hygiene and safety regulations, and achieving business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in organizing and coordinating daily operations of the hotel's food and beverage departments.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction, focusing on service improvement and development.
  • Oversee the department's operational budget.
  • Contribute to menu design, material selection, and equipment procurement.
  • Participate in staffing processes for food and beverage positions in accordance with company policies and group values.
  • Actively engage in event organization.
  • Guide and train your team.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO standards and proper implementation of hygiene and safety rules in food and beverage departments.
  • Input standard recipes into the ERP system.
  • Manage inventory for the equipment of your departments.

Requirements

Essential Qualifications

  • Degree/Diploma related to the field.
  • 6 years of experience in the hospitality sector, with at least 2 years in a similar managerial role.
  • Excellent command of the English language.
  • Knowledge of a second foreign language is an advantage.
