Purpose

As the F&B Assistant Manager, you will support the F&B Manager in ensuring the seamless operation of the department, maintaining high service standards, monitoring hygiene and safety regulations, and achieving business objectives.

Responsibilities

Assist in organizing and coordinating daily operations of the hotel's food and beverage departments.
Monitor customer satisfaction, focusing on service improvement and development.
Oversee the department's operational budget.
Contribute to menu design, material selection, and equipment procurement.
Participate in staffing processes for food and beverage positions in accordance with company policies and group values.
Actively engage in event organization.
Guide and train your team.
Ensure compliance with ISO standards and proper implementation of hygiene and safety rules in food and beverage departments.
Input standard recipes into the ERP system.
Manage inventory for the equipment of your departments.

Requirements

Essential Qualifications

Degree/Diploma related to the field.

6 years of experience in the hospitality sector, with at least 2 years in a similar managerial role.

Από τη διαχείριση των πρώτων υλών μέχρι την καθαριότητα του εξοπλισμού, η συμβολή σου θα είναι κρίσιμη στην παραγωγή προϊόντων που εμπιστεύονται οι καταναλωτές.Βασικές Αρμοδιότητες: Διαχείριση και παραλαβή πρώτων υλών και συστατικών. Ζύγιση και ανάμιξη υλικών σύμφωνα με τις προδιαγραφές. Παρασκευή και έλεγχος χαρμανιών. Χειρισμός και σύνδεση σωληνώσεων στις γραμμές παραγωγής. Επίβλεψη των διαδικασιών παστερίωσης (θερμοκρασίες, πιέσεις κ.λπ.).Έλεγχοι & Καταγραφές: Οπτικοί και ποιοτικοί έλεγχοι κατά την παραγωγή. Συμπλήρωση εντύπων του συστήματος διασφάλισης ποιότητας. Ενημέρωση του Control Room για τυχόν αποκλίσεις ή τεχνικές εκκρεμότητες.Υγιεινή & Ασφάλεια: Καθαρισμός εξοπλισμού (τοπικά CIP), φίλτρων και χώρων. Τήρηση κανόνων υγιεινής και ασφάλειας στον χώρο εργασίας.
