  • Training & Development: Facilitate coaching, skill-building programs, and knowledge-sharing initiatives for agents and team leads.
  • Data Analytics and Metric Improvement: Monitor performance metrics, ensure compliance with policies, and uphold service excellence standards.
  • Customer Experience Enhancement: Analyze customer feedback, implement necessary improvements, and cultivate a customer-centric culture.
