Gerson Lehrman Group (GLG) is hiring an Assistant Manager, Sales Enablement, based in Gurugram. This position focuses on strengthening the effectiveness of the GLG Sales Team by providing research and support throughout the sales value chain.
The Assistant Manager will work alongside the Business Development team and connect with colleagues across GLG’s global organization. Reporting to the FS SE Lead in Gurugram, the role offers direct mentorship and guidance.

What You Will Do
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide a diverse team, encouraging collaboration, innovation, and ongoing learning.
- Consultative Approach: Turn business challenges into data-driven solutions, manage stakeholders, and influence senior executives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with leaders in sales, marketing, product, and operations to align enablement projects with business strategies.
- Content Development: Lead the creation of sales enablement materials, including playbooks, training content, and resources that reflect GLG’s messaging.
- Prospect Identification: Help identify target prospects in key markets and develop outreach strategies to build the sales pipeline.
- Commercial Engagement: Work with sales leadership to drive commercial results, develop account plans, and maintain client relationships to communicate GLG’s value.
- Opportunity Review: Review CPQ opportunities, quotes, orders, and contracts for completeness and accuracy.
- Independent Management: Manage complex long-term requests with autonomy.
- Presentation Development: Tailor presentations and proposals to clearly present GLG’s unique value.
- Research Execution: Conduct detailed company research, including organizational structures and key hierarchies.
- Sales Operations Support: Support SFDC CRM maintenance, generate client reports, and assist with invoicing and accounts receivable collection.
