Qualifications

Associate Degree or higher with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in training or administration. Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail. Customer-focused mindset with outstanding interpersonal abilities. Proficient in Chinese word processing and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese.

About the job

  • Conduct comprehensive analysis and optimization of operational workflows to enhance efficiency and overall performance within all training functions.
  • Manage daily training operations, including the preparation and organization of course materials, coordination with trainers, participants, and stakeholders, oversight of course evaluations, and issuance of receipts.
  • Oversee cost allocation, payment processing, and the preparation of financial and operational reports.
  • Develop, update, and ensure compliance with procedural manuals and routine reporting documents.
  • Assist with internal and external audit activities (e.g., IRCA).
  • Knowledge of GSF, MATF, CEF, HKCAAVQ, and related schemes is a distinct advantage.
  • Collaborate closely with the supervisor to meet annual objectives, including sales and revenue targets, new program development, and strategic initiatives related to training and operations.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
