Role overview
The Assistant Property Manager acts as both a leader and a team player. This role focuses on supporting property operations, engaging with residents, and helping the team meet financial and occupancy goals. Weekend work is required about one to two times per month, with two days off during the week to balance the schedule.
What you will do
- Model Bozzuto’s standards and core values in daily interactions and team leadership.
- Support financial performance by managing rent collection and addressing delinquency.
- Participate in sales and marketing efforts, including conducting community tours to secure new leases.
- Deliver positive resident experiences and foster brand loyalty with every interaction.
- Maintain high standards for the appearance of the property’s interior and exterior, ensuring a professional image.
- Coach and mentor team members, encouraging their growth and success.
- Step in as the lead when the Property Manager is unavailable.
- Work approximately one to two weekends per month to accommodate prospective residents, with alternate days off during the week.
