Key ResponsibilitiesUtilize retailer insights to drive growth and share valuable information. Act as a primary liaison between internal and external stakeholders to foster business growth. Develop and execute trade marketing plans for designated retail accounts, ensuring alignment with KPIs in partnership with the commercial team. Support the Trade Marketing Manager with major accounts, including Joint Business Plans (JBPs), product launches, promotional initiatives, and seamless omnichannel execution. Assist in creating and implementing comprehensive trade programs tailored by retailer, aligned with our brand strategy and sales targets. Participate in the formulation of sales and marketing strategies. Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Education, and Operations teams to ensure consumer-centric execution. Help manage budget tracking, trade spending, and conduct post-campaign analyses. Assist with forecasting, reporting, and other administrative functions.
