Your Role:
As the Associate Creative for Performance Marketing, you will play a crucial role in crafting and executing paid advertising content across various platforms. This hands-on position involves working with static, motion, and video assets, under the creative direction of the VP of Marketing and collaboration with external agencies. This is an excellent opportunity for an emerging designer eager to gain experience in performance marketing and build a robust, results-driven portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute static, motion, and video content for paid advertising across:
- Social media platforms (Meta, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
- Search and display networks (Google, programmatic)
- Selected out-of-home placements
- Edit short-form video and motion assets according to provided guidelines.
- Assist in content capture, including basic filming and setup under direction.
- Adapt creative assets into various formats and sizes for testing purposes.
- Implement creative revisions based on feedback from the VP of Marketing and agency partners.
- Prepare final deliverables for distribution across platforms.
- Maintain organized files, adhere to naming conventions, and manage version control.

Qualifications:

- 1–4 years of experience in graphic design, digital design, or creative production.
