We are seeking an Associate Director of Staffing to be part of our fully remote, nationwide team.

Position Overview

In this national leadership role, the Associate Director of Staffing will be pivotal in developing and expanding Access's event staffing infrastructure across the United States. This leader will ensure national consistency, compliance, and operational excellence while guaranteeing that we have the workforce necessary for sustained growth.

As a key collaborator, this role will act as the primary liaison among Staffing, Talent Acquisition, Talent & Culture (HR), Regional Operations, Finance, and Territory Leadership (Managing Directors and Operations leaders) to align workforce strategies with business demands, financial goals, and operational execution.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Oversee staffing operations nationwide, ensuring alignment with company values and goals.

  • Create, uphold, and continuously improve staffing policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and compliance systems.

  • Collaborate with Talent & Culture for contractor management, legal compliance, and active roster audits.

  • Establish measurable performance indicators and reporting systems for territory Event Staff.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and scalable solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

Compliance & Safety Governance

  • Conduct audits quarterly to eliminate inactive staff and verify roster accuracy.

  • Monitor and report on the completion of mandatory training programs, including Workplace Harassment and Workplace Safety training for all active employees.

  • Ensure that all staff undergo proper Access onboarding and re-certification as required.

  • Work in conjunction with Risk Management to track incidents and maintain documentation for safety and insurance compliance.
