The Role You’ll Play:

Our partners are the core of ClassPass, and this position focuses on expanding our community by onboarding more partners. As an Associate Field Account Executive, you will be instrumental in driving our growth in Brazil, identifying exceptional studios, gyms, and wellness spaces, and demonstrating how ClassPass can help them flourish. You will combine curiosity with drive, learning the nuances of sales while fostering genuine relationships with local businesses.

  • Identify and onboard new fitness, wellness, and studio partners across Rio de Janeiro and other markets to expand our local presence.
  • Engage in creative prospecting (online, offline, and in-person) to build a robust pipeline of exciting opportunities.
  • Initiate contact, follow up, and maintain engaging conversations with confidence and clarity.
  • Conduct full-cycle sales conversations from initial outreach to closing, customizing pitches to the unique needs of each prospect.
  • Achieve and surpass daily KPIs and monthly targets while continuously seeking innovative ways to create impact.
  • Forge relationships with authenticity, persistence, and personality, this is more than just a transaction.
  • Keep your Salesforce pipeline organized and current, ensuring readiness to act swiftly.
  • Support inbound leads and guide them in discovering why ClassPass is the perfect fit.
