Join the Investor Operations team at MUFG Investor Services, where you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional client service and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
As an Associate in Investor Trading Operations, you will manage and execute a variety of functions related to investor transactions, ensuring smooth fund operations. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Accurately processing investor subscriptions, redemptions, and transfers, while supporting the quality control review of daily deliverables in line with company policies.
- Maintaining thorough and accurate investor records to uphold data integrity and comply with regulatory standards. Act as a primary contact for client inquiries and ensure timely completion of deliverables within established service level agreements.
- Fostering collaboration with internal teams, including client services and fund accounting, to quickly address investor concerns and resolve issues. Provide high-quality responses to queries from clients, investors, fund managers, and internal departments while supporting team members in query management.
- Partnering with your Line Manager on testing, change requests, and leveraging new technologies to enhance service offerings.
- Participating in regular team meetings to share insights, ideas, and foster a supportive team culture.
