Job Description:
About the Role:
As an Associate Manager, you will play a pivotal role in fostering the growth and development of team members to align with organizational objectives. Your primary responsibility will be to motivate and support line management (pod leadership) while leading a team of over 100 employees. You will strategically enhance their performance by managing multiple programs concurrently.
Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing performance metrics, facilitating growth, and improving efficiency for line managers. You will create strategies for performance management, including developing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for all roles, recognizing high and low performers, and implementing Performance Improvement Plans for those needing support to meet established standards.
Collaborating with various department directors, internal managers, and other stakeholders will be crucial in this role as you work towards unlocking the full potential of your team and driving collective success.
