The Associate Media Director for Paid Social will play a pivotal strategic role in our B2B initiatives, ensuring we maintain a strong presence across both new and existing accounts. The ideal candidate will have a rich background in the realm of paid social, with extensive experience in account-based marketing (ABM) and the ability to navigate between high-level strategy and technical execution, particularly within B2B frameworks such as LinkedIn Lead Gen. This position will require collaboration across various industries to enhance our B2B market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct B2B social strategy and execution across relevant platforms, emphasizing LinkedIn, Meta, X, and YouTube.
- Build and implement ABM-focused paid social programs from inception to performance evaluation.
- Oversee daily client interactions and expectations, serving as a trusted advisor for B2B social matters.
- Convert client aspirations into scalable and effective paid social media strategies.
- Design and manage LinkedIn Lead Gen campaigns, incorporating best practices in creative, audience targeting, form creation, and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with analytics and activation teams to create effective measurement plans aligned with B2B KPIs, including MQLs, SQLs, pipeline, and ROI.
- Lead internal training sessions and documentation efforts to disseminate B2B paid social knowledge throughout the agency.
- Stay updated on emerging tools, platforms, and methodologies in the B2B paid social landscape, introducing innovative strategies to our clients.
- Mentor and supervise a team of junior paid social planners and buyers.
