Role Overview
The Associate Recruiter will join our Hardware & Hardware Operations recruiting team in San Mateo, CA. This entry-level role suits recent graduates interested in launching a recruiting career while supporting technical teams. The position works closely with an experienced recruiter and takes on hands-on responsibilities throughout the recruiting process.
What You Will Do
- Work with recruiters to support full-cycle hiring for hardware engineering and operations roles.
- Source and engage passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms.
- Write and send personalized outreach messages to build early-stage candidate pipelines.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and assist with early candidate evaluations.
- Coordinate scheduling for phone, virtual, and onsite interviews, handling logistics across time zones and international locations.
- Manage candidate workflows in our ATS (Greenhouse), including tracking stages, notes, feedback, and reporting.
- Act as a main point of contact for candidates, providing a responsive and professional experience.
- Support offer processes, reference checks, and onboarding transitions.
- Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, People Operations, and interview teams.
- Suggest and implement improvements to sourcing, recruiting workflows, coordination, and ATS use.
