TestBox is seeking an innovative Associate Solutions Architect to craft and implement impactful demo and proof-of-concept environments that enhance customer engagement and drive sales success. In this dynamic position, you will spearhead technical delivery, consult on engaging demo narratives, and leverage AI tools daily to optimize efficiency. We are looking for a self-starter who thrives in a collaborative environment spanning product, engineering, and sales.
Key indicators of success in the first 3–6 months include:
Leading customer demo/POC projects from initiation to successful delivery
Developing compelling demo stories tailored to specific buyer personas
Utilizing AI tools to automate processes and generate realistic demo data
Providing comprehensive documentation and technical tickets for repeatable processes
Key Responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end execution of customer demo and POC environments
Configure CRM and support tools with tailored fields and workflows
Simulate user interactions through automation, triggers, and AI-enhanced engagement
Guide customers on demo structure, timing, and storytelling techniques
Engage in agile practices (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and manage delivery timelines
Draft technical tickets and maintain documentation for consistent processes
Continuously seek AI-driven enhancements to workflow and output efficiency
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Sales Engineering, Implementation, or a related field
Proven ability in technical documentation and ticket creation
Understanding of APIs, automation logic, and data manipulation with CSV/JSON
Experience in agile settings (standups, retrospectives, grooming)
Demonstrated proficiency with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, automation platforms) for enhancing productivity
Fluent in English (C1/C2) with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Candidates must be based in Rio de Janeiro or Niterói, aligned with U. S. business hours
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with cloud-based solutions and integrations would be an asset
