The Associate Solutions Manager, based in the New York office, plays a key part in supporting life science partners as they use RWE to advance research and improve outcomes for patients with cancer.

Role overview

This position works alongside the Client Solutions team to design and deliver RWE projects for life science companies. The Associate Solutions Manager focuses on building data-driven approaches that help clients accelerate research, optimize clinical trials, and address regulatory needs. The role involves translating client goals into concrete project plans and ensuring each project moves smoothly from kickoff to completion.

What you will do

  • Partner with the Life Science Partnerships team and external clients to gather requirements, including budget and timeline details.
  • Design tailored RWE solutions by analyzing use cases, defining patient groups, and selecting appropriate data models and analytic strategies.
  • Manage a portfolio of three to five projects at a time, balancing priorities to achieve strong results for each client.
  • Lead conversations with internal teams to gather feedback and guide project decisions.
  • Work with technology teams to improve operational processes and better address client needs.
  • Facilitate client meetings and build long-term partnerships.
