Role overview
The Associate Technical Service Manager joins the PSS QA Engineering Services group in Liverpool, United Kingdom. This position is part of the global leadership team and focuses on designing and delivering services that support PlayStation studios around the world.
What you will do
- Lead the ALM Support team, a multicultural group responsible for service strategy and delivery.
- Shape the direction of ALM Support services to meet the needs of PlayStation studios.
- Support the professional growth and skill development of team members.
- Oversee enterprise ALM systems and workflows, including tools such as Jira and TestRail.
- Help studios track progress, maintain quality, and deliver high-caliber games.

ALM Support forms a core part of PlayStation’s development infrastructure. The team manages application lifecycle management systems and workflows, enabling studios to monitor projects and uphold the standards expected from PlayStation releases.
