Key Responsibilities:

Utilize frame pulling and anchoring equipment to straighten bent frames and effectively remove dents.

In this role, you will be responsible for assessing and restoring vehicles that have sustained damage, ensuring they meet original structural integrity, functionality, and aesthetic standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, capable of multitasking, and adaptable to changing priorities.Primary Responsibilities: Review damage reports and repair cost estimates to plan the necessary work. Conduct thorough inspections of collision damage, examining all vehicle exterior body parts and ensuring all power accessories are operational. Perform structural and comprehensive body repairs, including the assessment, repair, or replacement of front-end components, doors, frames, and underbody components. Straighten bent frames using specialized pulling and anchoring equipment; repair dents and defects using hammers and blocks. Utilize MIG welders and compression spot welders for vehicle welding tasks. Fully dismantle damaged vehicle areas to identify hidden damages as early as possible, utilizing tools such as wrenches and cutting torches. File, grind, and sand repaired surfaces using both power and hand tools. Prepare auto body surfaces for painting by masking and taping, applying primers, and repainting as required. Use soldering equipment or plastic fillers to repair holes, dents, and seams. Restore vehicles to factory specifications, ensuring that all repairs meet OEM standards. Inspect repaired vehicles and conduct test drives for proper handling and functionality. Read and interpret repair estimates and automotive repair procedures effectively. Work with various materials including metals, plastics, glass, electrical, and mechanical parts.
