CSN Alliance is seeking a skilled Auto Body Technician to become an integral part of our dedicated team. You will play a crucial role in restoring damaged vehicles to their original structural integrity and aesthetic appeal. The ideal candidate is meticulous, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze damage reports and create a detailed plan of action for repairs.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of collision damage to identify all issues, including hidden damages not captured in the initial assessment.
  • Perform structural and comprehensive body repairs, including the assessment, repair, or replacement of various vehicle components.
  • Utilize frame pulling and anchoring equipment to straighten bent frames and effectively remove dents.
  • Engage in welding tasks using MIG welders and compression spot welders to restore vehicle integrity.
  • Dismantle affected areas of vehicles to uncover any concealed damage early in the repair process.
  • Skillfully file, grind, and sand repaired surfaces with both power and hand tools.
  • Operate soldering equipment and apply plastic fillers where necessary to restore surfaces.
  • Ensure vehicles are restored to factory specifications, complying with OEM standards.
  • Conduct inspections of repaired vehicles to ensure quality and safety.
  • Read and interpret estimates and repair procedures accurately.
  • Work effectively with a variety of materials, including metals, plastics, and electrical components.
  • Utilize frame and 3-D measuring equipment to ensure precision in repairs.
  • Perform pre- and post-scans of vehicles as part of the repair process.
