You have just deployed a new workflow that enables our Customer Success Team to automatically identify the most impactful strategies for our clients and generate specific marketing playbooks. Yesterday, you launched the Churn Early Warning System – a dashboard that computes Customer Health Scores based on WhatsApp activities, login data, and KPI trends. Tomorrow, you will build the automated onboarding flow that directly inputs customer data from the new customer forms into Supabase, Airtable, and our CRM.

Your Role – ECOZA Intelligence
ECOZA Intelligence is our flagship product project: An integrated D2C eCommerce Operating System that connects accounts (Shopify, Meta, Google, Klaviyo, Klar), leverages benchmarks from 550+ brands, and delivers data-driven actions and assets. You will be responsible for building the technical layer that enables this:
Data Infrastructure & Integrations:
Setting up and maintaining Supabase databases per brand – capturing brand-specific data streams from WhatsApp, 1:1 calls, kick-off calls, and onboarding forms.
Building API and MCP integrations: Klar (KPIs), Meta Ads, Google Ads, Klaviyo, Shopify – ensuring automated data flow into ECOZA Intelligence.
Ensuring data quality: Clean input is a prerequisite – you will build validations, checks, and structures to prevent "Shit In, Shit Out".
Onboarding automation: Developing automated onboarding processes for new customers.
