The ideal candidate for the Field Service Engineer position will possess strong diagnostic abilities, excellent communication skills, and thrive both independently and collaboratively. A degree in Engineering or relevant experience as a Field Engineer or Technical Helpdesk Advisor in the automotive, truck, industrial, or agriculture sectors. Alternatively, experience as a Diagnostic Technician in similar industries will also be considered. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Capability to work independently and manage complex situations effectively. A collaborative mindset with a customer-focused approach. Valid driving license (minimum Category B). Fluent in English (B1 or higher).

We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly competent Field Service Engineer to enhance our esteemed client's network across Italy. This role encompasses a mix of remote technical assistance, on-site interventions, and training sessions.

The Role

As a vital member of our team, you will deliver technical expertise and operational support to the Authorized Repairer Network, ensuring adherence to company standards. Your responsibilities will include diagnosing vehicle issues, guiding repair protocols, and addressing warranty matters.

  • Delivering technical support to Authorized Repairers both remotely and in person.
  • Investigating and analyzing technical faults to provide clear, actionable insights.
  • Detailing diagnostic processes to ensure clarity and understanding.
  • Generating comprehensive technical reports and maintaining precise case logs.
  • Interacting independently and efficiently with technical departments.
  • Overseeing MSX and Client assets in strict accordance with company policies.
