Role overview
This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement and inventory of automotive parts. The manager will work closely with dealers, suppliers, and distributors to ensure timely and cost-effective access to quality parts. Deep familiarity with the regional automotive aftermarket and dealership landscape is essential.
What you will do
- Direct all aspects of parts procurement and inventory management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, suppliers, and distributors throughout Saudi Arabia.
- Source automotive parts at competitive prices while ensuring quality and availability.
- Monitor inventory levels and support operational needs.
- Work with operations and maintenance teams to forecast parts requirements accurately.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with suppliers and dealers.
- Track orders, deliveries, and lead times to maintain efficiency.
- Keep documentation and records up to date for all parts transactions.
- Develop and apply strategies to reduce costs and improve supply chain efficiency.
