Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or related fields with at least 1 year of experience. Deep knowledge of AWS and its core services. Experience with DevSecOps methodologies and CI/CD implementation. Familiarity with AWS Organizations governance. Experience in using Terraform for infrastructure as code. Basic programming knowledge. Experience managing SCPs and tools such as AWS Security Hub and AWS Config. Understanding of continuous deployment and development practices. Cloud certifications or related qualifications (preferred). Additional knowledge in Terraform (preferred). Residing in Medellín, with availability for a hybrid working model. Willingness to work on standby during nights and weekends as required.

We are actively seeking an AWS Cloud Support Engineer to join our team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage and operate AWS services and resources, ensuring best practices, security, and efficiency.
  • Apply DevSecOps practices to support continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.
  • Govern AWS Organizations environments, including account administration and security guidelines.
  • Implement and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform.
  • Manage service control policies (SCPs) and security tools such as AWS Security Hub and AWS Config.
  • Contribute to the development, maintenance, and enhancement of continuous deployment pipelines.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot incidents, automate processes, and ensure stability in environments.
  • Provide support on a standby basis during nights and weekends as needed.
  • Document technical processes, configurations, and workflows in the cloud.
  • Actively participate in collaborative environments, sharing ideas and maintaining effective communication with the team.
