About the Role: B2B Commercial Representative (H/F)
The Aximéa entity within Finalease Group Security is expanding. We are looking for committed professionals to help us continue delivering quality security solutions tailored to client needs.
Location and Work Structure
- Home agency: Toulouse (2 days per week)
- Field work: Occitanie region (3 days per week, specific area defined together)
- Hybrid schedule blending agency life and field activity
What You'll Do
- Prospect new business clients in person and by phone
- Sell security solutions in short sales cycles
- Build relationships and maintain a client-focused approach
- Contribute to the team’s growth and reputation in the region
This role is ideal for those who enjoy direct contact with clients and are motivated by an unlimited variable compensation structure.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license (essential)
- Comfort with prospecting and sales, both in the field and over the phone
- Determination and willingness to actively seek out new business
