Outbound Sales Development Representative – French-speaking Market (FR/CH/BE)Join our rapidly growing team at fonio, where we are achieving an impressive ~30% month-over-month revenue growth.With a dedicated team of 4 Account Executives conducting 8–12 demos daily, we recognize the need for a structured and predictable outbound sales engine.We are currently seeking an Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) to spearhead our outbound efforts in the French-speaking market.Your RoleAs the driving force behind our outbound sales initiatives, you will identify target accounts, engage decision-makers through phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels, and convert those interactions into qualified meetings and sales opportunities for our Account Executives. You will collaborate closely with AEs and Marketing to refine our messaging and outreach strategies.Your primary goal will be to establish a reliable outbound process that consistently generates qualified sales opportunities.ResponsibilitiesConduct account research and understand our ideal customer profiles (ICPs), mapping personas and buying centers.Engage in trigger-based prospecting by utilizing various signals such as hiring activity, funding, tech stack changes, and organizational shifts.Utilize a multi-channel outreach strategy, including phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn, while also testing new communication platforms.Develop and execute outreach sequences, formulating hypotheses, testing them, and iterating based on findings.Qualify leads efficiently by asking insightful questions, ensuring strong meeting bookings.Facilitate smooth handoffs to Account Executives by providing context, identifying pain points, and outlining next steps.Engage in daily collaboration with the Sales and Marketing teams to continuously enhance our pipeline.QualificationsMinimum of 1 year of experience in outbound sales, prospecting, or telesales, preferably in the B2B SaaS sector.Strong telephone presence and comfort with cold calling.Ability to execute structured follow-ups, maintain discipline, and ensure pipeline hygiene.Curiosity about products and technology, with the ability to learn quickly and articulate value propositions effectively.Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is advantageous.Fluency in French (native or C2 level) is essential; proficiency in English is also required.What We OfferCompetitive salary and performance-based incentives.Flexible working environment.Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.
