Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales. While not mandatory, established connections in relevant industries can facilitate quicker interest generation, supported by the confidence of having an outstanding product. Proficient in cold calling, lead generation, and proactive client engagement. Experience in delivering business presentations and managing client meetings. Demonstrated ability to work under KPIs and deadlines, managing multiple ongoing projects. Background in telecommunications, IoT, or hardware sales is advantageous. Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in a commercial or business-related field. Proficient in English (spoken, written, understanding) at a minimum B2 level. A consultative approach to business, with an understanding of clients' needs and pain points, showcasing how our solutions can address them.

We are excited to welcome a driven B2B Sales Representative to our expanding Sales team in South America, specifically in Guatemala City. As a key member of the Networks Sales team, your primary focus will be on distributing our innovative Networking products, which include industrial routers, gateways, and Ethernet solutions.

Our Networking Solutions division specializes in the development and production of industrial and enterprise connectivity equipment, including routers, switches, gateways, and modems. Our products are tailored to meet the demands of clients operating in complex sectors such as Industry 4.0, Smart Cities, and Green Energy.

  • Conduct market research, generate leads, and cultivate valuable relationships with prospective clients.
  • Proactively reach out to new potential clients through daily cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn networking.
  • Organize and lead presentation meetings with potential clients, showcasing our solutions.
  • Prepare commercial proposals and ensure contract compliance to meet assigned sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with both new and existing clients through consistent communication and regular visits.
  • Represent Teltonika and its product solutions at exhibitions and international meetings.
  • Utilize our proprietary CRM System to track accounts, leads, contacts, and opportunities according to best practices.
