Position Objective
Provide comprehensive support to the collections area through the generation of reports, analysis of operational data, and administrative support, aimed at enhancing visibility of key indicators, facilitating decision-making, and ensuring the team meets its targets.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on operational performance and collection KPIs.
- Maintain and control internal databases.
- Assist in managing attendance, incidents, and productivity per agent.
- Consolidate information for executive presentations and internal committees.
- Automate recurring administrative tasks.
- Participate in internal audits or operational reviews as required.
