Bar Assistant - Halkidiki

Objective
To provide high-quality services based on the established Operational Standards (SOPs) of the Mitsis Group, ensuring maximum satisfaction for our guests within the scope of the position's responsibilities.
Responsibilities
The Bar Assistant is responsible for effectively and promptly implementing the Operational Standards (SOPs) relevant to the department and specific job role, adhering to the Group's regulations, hygiene and safety rules, and environmental requirements. Key responsibilities include:
- Restocking the bar.
- Transporting ice from the designated location to the bar.
- Assisting in the transfer of supplies from the storage room and organizing them based on FIFO protocols on the bar shelves and refrigerators according to type.
- Handling supplies between bars as needed.
- Washing glassware.
- Sorting recyclable items and disposing of waste.
- Implementing the department's cleaning program.
Additionally, the Bar Assistant will participate in:
- Daily opening/closing tasks of the bar (e.g., organizing and cleaning the bar counter, cleaning coffee machines, glass washers, setting up bar equipment, adjusting lights, music, closing the area, etc.).
- Preparing garnishes for drinks, juices, etc.
- The production process during peak hours.
- The annual inventory of the department.
- Tasks related to the start and end of the department's operation.
- Department training sessions.
