Qualifications
Responsibilities:Manage the daily operations of the bar, ensuring efficient and seamless service. Lead, manage, and mentor the bar team while fostering a positive and professional work environment. Provide an exceptional guest experience by upholding high standards of service and presentation. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times. Maintain high service and presentation standards consistently. Collaborate with management and other departments to support overall business objectives. Requirements:Experience: Proven background as a Bar Manager or Senior Bartender in a premium or high-volume hospitality setting. Knowledge of Alcoholic Beverages: In-depth knowledge of various types of alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and glassware, along with proficiency in drink preparation and service. Customer Service Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage positively and professionally with guests. Ability to Work Under Pressure: Capability to perform efficiently and remain composed in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills to ensure clear and effective interaction with team members and guests.
