Key responsibilities
- Represent KIKO as an authentic brand ambassador, bringing confidence, approachability, and enthusiasm for beauty to the store floor.
- Engage customers in ways that encourage self-expression through makeup.
- Build genuine relationships, helping turn casual shoppers into loyal KIKO fans.
- Bring energy, creativity, and positivity to every shift and customer interaction.
- Work with the Store Manager to support a high-performing, inclusive, and motivating team culture.
Performance and commercial achievement
- Take ownership of key performance indicators such as Conversion Rate, Average Transaction Value, Units Per Transaction, and Sales Targets.
- Use customer insights and curiosity to spot opportunities and improve results.
- Offer ideas to increase KPIs, customer engagement, and sell-through. Input and initiative are welcome.
- Understand how individual performance connects to wider business goals.
Personal development and growth
- Participate in product launches, digital learning programs, and BeKIKO training challenges to support ongoing development.
