Role Overview
As a Beauty Advisor, you are the heart of the Charlotte Tilbury experience in our stores and counters. Your mission is to empower customers, helping them discover their most beautiful selves and instilling the confidence they need to pursue their dreams. You will leverage your artistic talents, extensive product knowledge, and dedication to forming meaningful connections with customers.

Qualifications
- A NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy is preferred.
- Previous experience as a Sales Advisor, ideally in a fast-paced beauty, retail, or FMCG environment.
- A genuine enthusiasm for the Charlotte Tilbury brand and a desire to promote its values.
- Experience in makeup application with the ability to customize your style to suit various customer needs.
