Qualifications

We are seeking candidates who are: Passionate about helping children with autism. Patient, compassionate, and capable of working effectively in a team. At least 18 years of age. Holders of a high school diploma or GED. Able to obtain CPR and First Aid certifications and a Tuberculosis test (if not completed in the last year). Capable of passing a pre-employment background check. Physically agile and able to move in various positions (sit, squat, bend, etc.). Able to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds. Ready to obtain a Registered Behavior Technician Certification within 45 days of completing onboarding.
